Geometry becomes more defined with essential components in their estimated positions. Includes wall thicknesses and preliminary room layouts, supporting early design coordination between disciplines.
Models and layouts are produced for coordination and visual clarity, under the direction of or in collaboration with registered professionals where required.

A precise model containing accurate dimensions, materials, and component placement. Includes elements like doors, windows, and schedules, suitable for design development and documentation support.
Our work at this stage focuses on technical modelling and drawing production, prepared for professional review and approval by a registered architect or engineer.

A model that defines each element in detail and shows its relationship and connection to surrounding components.
Documentation at this level is created to support coordinated design packages and is not issued for construction or council submission without professional oversight.

A fabrication ready model with complete information for construction, including materials, connection details, and embedded data for manufacturing or prefabrication.
We provide BIM support and digital model development for fabrication or shop drawing use under the instruction or supervision of a registered professional.

The verified model reflecting the final constructed state, incorporating all field variations.
As-built models are produced from verified site data for record-keeping and facility management purposes and do not represent certified structural or architectural sign-off documents.
